    Membership Cancellation Policy

  • When you subscribe to the Association we use Paypal to handle the automatically recurring payments. You can cancel this recurring payment at any time by either cancelling directly from your Paypal account or by contacting us by email.
  • When you make an initial subscription payment, this is non-refundable if you have used any of the services that are included in the subscription.
  • There is no partial refund based on 'unused months' (past or future), cancellation means non-renewal of the subscription.
  • When Paypal makes the recurring payment, we will refund the amount minus the PayPal bank charges if you contact us within 7 days of the payment being made and you have not used any of the services that are included in the subscription since the payment was made. To activate the refund, please contact us by email.
